Parent-supervised use
LearnManager is designed for parents, guardians, tutors, and educators to set up and supervise learning activities. Adults are responsible for choosing appropriate activities, reviewing generated content, and supervising learner use.
Accounts and recovery
The full app requires parents to sign up or sign in with Apple or Google before onboarding or account-owned app actions begin. Shared activity and App Clip links can open playable activity snapshots without full app signup. Keep access to the signed-in account secure.
Content and acceptable use
Parents retain their rights in prompts and other content they submit. LearnManager may generate activities from those inputs and may store generated activities so they can be assigned, played, remixed, reported, or deleted according to app controls.
Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, or unsafe content. Do not attempt to bypass moderation, security controls, access controls, or generated webview isolation.
AI-generated activities
AI-generated content can be imperfect. Adults should review activities before assigning them and report inappropriate content. LearnManager may remove, restrict, or disable content that violates policies or creates safety, legal, or platform risk.
Billing
Paid subscriptions use Stripe Checkout where available. Checkout may open external Safari. Subscription ownership, cancellation, and account deletion depend on the signed-in LearnManager account and Stripe records.
Service changes and termination
We may change features, limits, or availability during beta. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, legal risk, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. We may update these terms and will post the current version on this page.
Disclaimers and limits
LearnManager is provided as an educational support tool, not a substitute for professional educational, medical, psychological, or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law for LearnManager operations. Contact support@learnmanager.ai before filing a dispute so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
